MEET US MUM Kirsty and her toddler son, Tucker.

Kirsty, a personal trainer, has been going viral on Instagram for her unusual fitness regime - using her baby as a weight while working out. Yes, really.

Look at him there, having a WHALE of a time.

And that’s not all he helps her out with. Here he is spotting her as she does her ab workout…

…And thoroughly enjoying some lunges.

Kristy is currently pregnant with her second child and writing on her blog, she says that new mums don’t need to schedule time at the gym to keep fit.

Having kids is no excuse. It definitely makes it HARDER but it can still be done. Sometimes when I feed Tucker I put him in the highchair and between each bite I do 10 squats.

Tucker is even getting in on the action himself. He can just about walk, but he sure knows how to plank:
